McLuhan particularly highlights that Adler, Adler and O’Brien’s book is theory driven rather than guided by a structure based on the different substances covered. Thus, the volume gains in sociological coherence and helps to cultivate students’ sociological eyes. His review now is out on Early View of Symbolic Interaction.
